Book your hotel room now at the host hotel by calling the Prestige Vernon Lodge and Convention Center directly at 1-250-545-3385 and ask for the Mini Meet West 2027 room block. Room rates are discounted to C$189.95 for a Standard Room and C$209.95 for an Upgraded room. Applicable taxes will apply to these rates. ( US$ are approx. $128 and $148 based on July 2026 exchange rates. You will be charged in Canadian dollars. The actual US$ will be based on the exchange rate at the time.) Rates are based on single/double occupancy. – Additional charges may apply for triple and quad occupancy.
